Thank you for shopping with Nanoscape Supply. Here is how shipping works.

Order processing

We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once it ships.

Shipping rates

Shipping is $8 in the United States and $15 everywhere else. The price is shown at checkout.

United States

US orders ship by USPS Ground Advantage. Estimated delivery after the package ships is 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International

International orders are handed to USPS in the United States. The destination country’s postal service completes delivery. Estimated delivery after the package ships is about 1–4 weeks, and customs can make it longer. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in the shipping price and are collected by the carrier or local customs office.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost in transit, contact us. We will refund the order or send a replacement, based on your preference.

If your package arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item and the packaging.

Free shipping

We may offer free shipping on qualifying orders. Any current offer will be shown at checkout.
