Return Policy

At Nanoscape Supply, we want you to be satisfied with your gear. If you aren’t happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your package.

How to Start a Return To start a return, please contact us at nanoscapesupply@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label via email.

Condition of Returns We understand that you need to try out our equipment to see if it works for your setup. We accept returns on all items, including used products. Please ensure all parts are included in the return package.

Refunds Once your return is received at our facility, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank to process the transaction.

Exchanges If you would prefer to exchange an item rather than receive a refund, please let us know when you contact us, and we will do our best to get the correct item sent out to you quickly.
